There is something different about the Dutch kickboxing style...

Basic technique is the same, but how we train and fight is different. The Dutch have always been called 'no nonsense' people, and it shows in the way we train and fight.

Work hard, check your ego, be hard and humble and just get the job done.

Our training focuses on creating flow, using body transitions to add power, endless combinations that create opportunities and we focus especially on the low kick.

And we top it all of with decent, hard sparring sessions in the fight classes.

I've adapted the Dutch philosophy into my own successful style of Muay Thai, with proven winners and a few Champions along the way.

No BS, hard work and a fighting style that is built on skill and your own personal physical ability.
