APEX KIDS CLUB - MUAY THAI FOR KIDS​​

Apex Muay Thai will soon be providing a Kids Muay Thai class again twice a week.

​​​

It's a great fitness boost, we promise that your child will come home sweaty!

Learning Muay Thai skills helps build confidence and boosts self-esteem, and although the classes are fun based there is an element of following instructions and learning discipline. 

​​​

Ages roughly from 5 onward, a great attitude is required.

As Muay Thai isn't for everyone a trial is required, so we can make sure this is going to work for  both of us.  

Succesful trial? We'll take it from there!

Kids classes are $15 per class, minimum sign up is for 13 weeks.
